Prompts
- STAYING POWER - Go down to the bunker, they said. You can get yourself amazing powers from the vending machine, they said. Well, you've done that, and you've made your choice, but one thing nobody told you was that unless it's a power you're familiar with, you might be on a teensy bit of a learning curve when it comes to keeping it under control. You have a week to figure it out without killing anyone; have fun!
- FORGIVE AND... - You poor thing, you've gotten into some dust moths. Not that you can remember that, because depending on how big that swarm was and how quickly you got out of it, you might not remember much at all. Better hope somebody's got some Forget Me Nots on hand.
- HIT & RUN - Life in the village can be pretty sleepy... until suddenly, it's not. Were you being a troublemaker? Were you disturbing the local wildlife? Because it's now disturbing you, chasing you down the street in front of everyone. Maybe it's a herd of chupapaca or a swarm of fireflies. Or maybe you went old school and it's just a really pissed off badger. Godspeed and good luck.
- WILDCARD - Choose your own adventure. Maybe play powers roulette.
Texts
All characters are fitted with a smart watch-like device on their left wrist, which they can use to send text messages to other villagers.

- No video or voice, text only
- Display names may be changed by characters on the fly, but anyone can tap to see someone's real full name

But everyone is of course entitled to their opinion. Their wrong opinion.

His own fingers, despite his efforts, hold calluses of his profession. Dagger grips and bowstrings, though the skin around each rough patch is as smooth as he can manage to make it.

Oh, how he misses wall-clinging.
"I was born this way," he adds with a little more context. "I'm what they call a mutant in my world. Humans born a little- or in my case, very- different, often with unique abilities." He is perhaps oversimplifying it, but he's found that succinctness beats overloading people from other realities with too many details at once.
He tries not to think too much about the fact that he's become exceedingly well practiced in talking to people from alternate futures, parallel dimensions and other planes of existence. It's just part and parcel when you sign on for protect the world that hates and fears you duty.

Elves have a hard enough time of it in thedas. Elven mages? Everyone tends to find something to hate or fear in them.
A Blue elven mage of some skill, furred with unique hands and a tail? He wouldn't survive long before the templars were called or someone attempted to make a blood thrall of him.

Which can be, perhaps, the difficult part. The roll of his shoulders is as eloquent as it is fluid. Such is life, what can one do but endure? "I fear perhaps you would be seen as a demon rather than the ever so dashing man you truly are- and what a shame that might be."
no subject
It, like everything else in his life, was complicated.
"But I'm glad to hear you can at least see the truth of things." Sweet, sweet flattery. It's not the thunderous applause of a crowd under a big-top tent, but it's almost as nice.

Even shameless as Zevran is? There are things one does not ask upon first acquaintance. At least outside of a whorehouse. Maintaining eye contact he offers a sly wink, pressing his lips to the back of Kurt's hand. It is- smooth. Pleasing against his lips and it does make him wonder what it'd be like to kiss the rest of him but- ah, business first. "For which I think we are the poorer. Far more would fall into temptation were they like you, Bello."
no subject
"Well, I would hate to be the cause of someone's fall. I'm far too inclined to catch falling people, it would get tiresome after a while."
Ok, so he's not that smooth. But at least he's pretty.
