They could very well devolve into an argument about the wisdom, or lack thereof, in venturing out in inclement weather, but like Peggy, Jarvis would rather not waste time on such a pointless endeavor. What he's more interested in is getting out of this weather, and ensuring that she is all right. Fighting with her is not on his list of priorities, any more than it is on hers.
