It's what you are. Your lives are short and the opportunity for glory plentiful, I see no cause for offence.
From how many worlds have we come? How many armies, lives, battles? A disparate muddle of techniques and skill does not a militia make.
Coordination and trust are required. There may very well be trust, I wouldn't know, but I have yet to see any sign of coordination.
