He grins at that, following along easily. Hell, if this place is going to turn out like this, maybe getting out after all the bullshit that went through Purgatory is the best thing that's happened to him in a long time. A very long time.

"Always made me nervous going to the Inn," he says, thinking back a lot of years. "Had to go through the Saloon most of the time, least in our town, and back then I hated being there," he admits, laughing at his own folly. "Oh the things I missed out on back then."

Robert had been a very conservative man, and even now the memories are easier to laugh at than face.

"Guess I've got more time to make up what I missed then."
