Her eyes widen, then narrow as she squints at the man, her head cocked to one side and mouth halfway open as if there's a comeback ready to fly past her lips but she's so completely dumbstruck by what he's just said, that she's not sure where to even begin with all that.

"After everything you just said... I'm not even sure what the question is anymore."

Okay so she's not so dumb that she can't get the gist of it, flirting is flirting in any language, no matter how awkward it might be but she couldn't tell whether to laugh or pity the guy for what had to be the worst come-on line she'd ever heard.
