Dante shook his head, grunting as she started to take his weight and it made him work harder to get up on his feet sooner. He stumbled a little, but her weight helped him steady as they made their way into the cave.

"Yeah. Not exactly the way I thought we were gonna get together but I'm not complaining." As soon as they were in the overhang, Dante slapped a hand against the wall and took his own weight back, turning to slide down to his ass, knees sprawled wide as he winced.

"How's the little guy?"
