Raven begins to eat, more out of necessity than actual desire for food. It will take time for her to gain back her appetite in the situation that she is in now. She listens to him tell her about where she is, frowning slightly. Realization kicks in, gazing up at him as she understands that it happened to him as well. She cared not for packages or other clothes. She wanted to leave this place. If he was here against his will, who brought them here? More questions. More concerns. No real answers to be found.
Her anger begins to rise and she raises an eyebrow at him. "Have you forgotten everything that has happened to me? To us?" Her words are soft, more a hiss than a yell, but the intention was clear. She was still hurting, still broken after all that she had been through. "You were the one who told me that that humans will never see us the same. You told me that it was a lost cause. You wanted to fight. So, I went with Charles. I joined his school and stayed, to teach, to train them to be x-Men."
A small sigh slipped out as she ate, her head shaking slightly. "People fear what they don't know, what is not the same as them. You told me that." Her eyes close and she struggles to keep her emotions in check. She's stronger than this, not wanting to let her emotions affect her.
"So, I'm stuck here? Get a job. Get an apartment. Join the commune and just fit in, because you're not going anywhere. No thanks..." She bit her bottom lip hard. "What about Alex. The others... They died in vain. I can't fight in their honor, I can't fight for them when I'm trapped in a cult cage."
